The holiday season is a time of celebration and joy for many of us, as well as a time for reflection and gratitude. There are so many beings that are in need during this time and throughout the year. I encourage you all to take some time and give what you can to help make a difference in at least one beings life this season.
- Olive Crest Dedicated to preventing child abuse, treating and educating at risk children, and preserving the family. I work closely with this organization sitting on their board and donating a portion of all book sales to them.
- Toys for Tots An organization that gives children the opportunity to fulfill Christmas wishes. This year, they are also focusing on children from families affected by Hurricane Sandy.
- Angel Tree A simple donation of just $12.58 allows for two children to receive a gift for the holidays.
